Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to request deletion of your personal data or data associated with KnoBot usage, submit a formal request to our support team.
1. How to request
Send an email to contato@knobot.com.br with the subject “Data Deletion”. In the message, include the details required to identify the account or integration related to the request.
2. Recommended information
- Requester full name
- Email linked to the account
- Company or project name
- Phone number or integration identifier, if applicable
3. Response timeline
After receiving the request, our team will review it and respond within up to 7 business days with deletion confirmation or any additional details needed to complete the process.
4. Deletion scope
Deletion may include profile data, uploaded documents, conversation history, and operational metadata, while respecting applicable legal, tax, regulatory, and security obligations.
